Black Ripplers

The Black Ripplers are a race that has mastered ther art of manipulating space-time.  Their main weapons involve distorting the fabric of space to affect enemy ships.  One projects waves of space-time energy, causing foes to slow down.  Another projects spherical disturbances in the path of enemy ships which wreak tremendous havoc if close-by.  They also are the only race to have the ECM ability.

(200.0)  Wave Generator

(200.1)  These are destroyed on torpedo hits.  For every two points of energy spent on this weapon, and enemy's speed is reduced by 1/mass based movement.  If the ship is forced to a stop,  it rolls on the High Energy Turn Breakdown chart to see if a breakdown has occured.
