The Admiral, Queen, and Princess return from the motherland after a triumphant expedition to Nippon 2007!  We would like to thank the O.S.F. Galatea for detaching Ensign Swanson (battlefield promotion) to provide fanboy protection services.  

As a result of this mission, we now have *many* friends in Japan...

Non Con 5 was an unqualified success with a great turnout, fun games, and awesome food.  Oh, and a couple of stinkers from the closet.  Next stop--SDF-Q on July 14th!.  Welcome Ensign Riehn, Spacers Guitton and Rapacz, and Cadet Jaden Marcus to the Crew.

The SDF-O pages continue to be updated.  Currently the Crew page is pretty much done with more personnel to maintain than ever before!  SDF-O Radio is currently off the air and is likely to stay that way due to technical difficulties..

The Otaku Space Force continues to steam right along.  Several officers have completed their degrees in the mother tongue and have take on jobs in the industry.  Elements of the Crew perform translation and liason duties at the largest conventions.  And at long last, all of Gundam has been watched...  Watch the Crew pages--in the midst of an overhaul.  Tune in to SDF-O Radio, now serving over 1500 hours a month to listeners throughout the world!

Fanime has come and gone, and a tremendous turnout was made by the O.S.F.  All of the Galatea and eleven members of the SDF-O attended.  X/y? had an excellent showing, we all wore our new uniforms, and karaoke was kicked off with a rousing, acapella rendition of Tatakae! Otaking!  Congratulations to Lieutenant Johnston on his promotion.

The newest and youngest recruit in O.S.F. history has been inducted into the Crew.  Cadet Lorelei Esther Marcus was born on March 16, 2004.  Justin Johnston has been promoted to Ensign.  Crew and Studio pages updated!

Watch this site for continuous back updates for con reports and more!  Crewmembers are signing on in droves.  Soon, a special Space Marines site will be opening up as well as a new OSF site.  www.otakuspaceforce.org will be the link.  Planned conventions for the Fleet include Yuri-con in June, Anime Expo in July, and Otakon in August!  Stay tuned--SDF-O Studios is coming out with two new movies soon to be exhibited at a con far from you.
